Being a Youth Pastor I organize many gatherings and often end up facilitating it. When do I get to go to a gathering that I don't organize or lead and that I get the benefit of actually finding community?

Jaime and I are working this out too. maybe it will be easier building our new life with OUR community relationships in mind.

You could always come out to Vespers and Bible Study on Saturday nights at All Saints. Or, during Lent (which is NOW) you could come out to the Presanctified Liturgy (or, for the Baptists, the mid-week communion service where they serve pre-transmogrified bread and wine) and supper immediately following.
BTW, still need your house painted?
